Grandliving seels imported designer furniture, mainly from China to Swedish homes market. After major recent upgrade in design and adding payment methods using Visa/Mastercard via Swedish PSP Samport and Handelsbanken Finans busniess have taken off. Order value is about 100.000 SEK/month as of december 2008/January 2009. The newsletter holds about 1000 subscriptions.
GrandLiving is built on Joomla 1.5.6 and VirtueMart 1.1.2. Biggest plugin upgrades is editor WYSYWYG Pro 3 and RS forms. The plugin for Handelsbanken, I wrote myself based on Samport special plugin. The shop holds lots, and lots of little hacks and tweaks to improve user experience. Every row of CSS is hand written from scratch.
