Most of the items we sell are available for immediate pick-up. However, many of the pieces we sell are too heavy and/or bulky for one person to handle. Please use the following guidelines: Make sure that the merchandise will fit into your vehicle, without causing damage to either. Make sure that you have adequate blankets to protect, and rope or strap to secure your purchase. Ensure that you have adequate help to load the merchandise into your vehicle. We have only one warehouse person in each store. Make sure that you schedule your pickup during the hours that the warehouse person is in the store.We have a warehouse located in Norcross, with adequate personnel trained to help you load your purchase. All "Special Order" furniture purchases must be picked up at our warehouse.Very Important! If you are picking up furniture, it is your responsibility to verify the condition. If there is damage or defect to the piece, make a note describing the problem, and have the associate assisting you sign the note.
